2. Puppy Listings, Health Disclaimer, and Purchase Terms

A. Puppy Listings and Information

The Site provides information, photos, and videos of Dachshund puppies, potentially available for sale or adoption, and general information about the Dachshund breed. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that the information, including photos, prices, availability, or estimated adult size, is without error. All listing information is provided “as is.

B. Health Warranty

Any actual sale or adoption of a puppy is governed by a separate, specific Puppy Sales Contract or Health Guarantee signed by you and the breeder/seller. The terms on this website do not constitute a health guarantee. Any implied warranties of health or fitness for a particular purpose are expressly disclaimed by this document.

C. Legal Compliance

You acknowledge that the sale and transportation of live animals are highly regulated. By using this site, you agree to comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations regarding the acquisition and ownership of dogs.

3. Intellectual Property Rights
